1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through the deepworld online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.

2. Products

All products are made-to-order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color, print placement, or design may occur.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
We reserve the right to correct minor printing or design errors before fulfillment.

3. Order Process

Add products to your cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Complete payment via Shopify Payments or PayPal.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Note: The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR (or displayed in local currency if available).
Prices include the product and shipping costs (free shipping).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods: Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and PayPal.
No additional charges apply, except for customs/import duties outside the EU, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard processing: 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 4–7 business days
- European Union (excluding Germany): 5–10 business days
- Non-EU countries: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs.
Lost or damaged packages: contact us immediately at info@deep-world.eu.

6. Returns / Cancellation

Standard 14-day withdrawal right applies for non-personalized items within the EU.
Personalized or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Returns must be in original condition.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

7. Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

deepworld is not liable for minor defects, printing variations, or color deviations.
deepworld is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
deepworld is not liable for delays due to logistics, customs, or carrier issues.
deepworld does not assume liability for improper use or handling of products by the customer.

Products are sold as is, and customers agree to these limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images are owned by deepworld or its partners.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law.
Any disputes arising from orders are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Berlin, Germany, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
