1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless the product is personalized or made-to-order.

Note: All products in our shop are made-to-order via Shirtigo, therefore the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to these items once production has started.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

If you believe your order qualifies for withdrawal (e.g., non-personalized item, defective item), you must:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order:

Provide your order number and details of the product
Return the item in its original condition (if applicable)

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply for:

Made-to-order or personalized items
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
Digital goods or services delivered immediately (not relevant here, but included for completeness)

4. Refunds

If your withdrawal is accepted:

You will receive a refund of the purchase price only (excluding shipping costs)
Refunds are processed via the same payment method you used to place the order
Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive your cancellation request and returned item (if applicable)
